The art of intention is putting my intention out into the universe by writing what I want to experience in the near future then colour it so that it becomes a secret message.

I created #theartofintention after my mentoring clients often told me that writing what they felt was personal and they didn't want anyone to know about their feelings and wishes. (Because if we know someone else might find it we may make wish to please others)

To allow for authenticity i created The Art of Intention. Anyone can do it and you can be yourself. Your unconscious mind will recognise the colours and patterns and will search for ways to bring it into your reality.
