What Is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis?? That’s right. If there is one thing you learn here is simply this… “All hypnosis is self-hypnosis” and successful hypnosis is simply your willingness to follow instructions, to affect positive change in the mind body. It is simply only suggestions to the unconscious mind.

Your beliefs are the single most powerful thing which determine your perceptions which inturn create your future.

You might be surprised to hear that “all hypnosis is self-hypnosis”. Well, it’s true, it’s simply up to you whether you take the suggestion or not.

The effect of hypnosis is trance, an natural state resembling sleep, charactorised by heightened susceptibility to suggestion. You may notice you are often in different levels of trance throughout your day, by holding different levels of awareness throughout the day.

First time subjects of hypnosis, are often surprised to find that trance feels normal and natural and you remain in control at all times during trance. Afterwards, you might have the perception that something different has happened, almost like a dream like state.

Because, all of the information is stored at the unconscious level, trance is the most important thing we can learn for learning.  Trance, is a level of awareness that gives way to a steady state for recalling information due to the specific level of focus. The best state for learning is during trance which is self hypnosis.

So much so, that when we ignore them, our dreams are shaded and the focus changes toward the struggle and we end up living the life of someone else’s inspired dreams and you are left confused in how you got to where you are today in the first place.

It is important to acknowledge your what inspires you, your dreams, desires and passions are not fluffy words, they are real and are the very thing that lights up your path toward what YOU want to experience in life.
